"People won't care how much you know, until they know how much you care."

My name is Will Swygart but my friends and family call me Tater. I was born on a small farm in Pendleton, OR in 1978. I have been blessed with two amazing parents along with a great sister and brother. Pendleton was where I may have been born but I came home when my family moved to Nampa, ID in 1983. I went kindergarten through high school graduation in the Vallivue School District. I am very proud and thankful for this. GO FALCONS!!
Through the years I have learned a lot about service, commitment, sacrifice, hard work and patience through various jobs. I soon became a real estate agent for Re/Max. I have loved every job I have ever had but helping people with their dream homes is where I found my calling in life. Being a real estate agent is not a job. It's an honor and a privilege. I was able to learn the ins and outs of real estate over 6 years. In 2008-2009 when our economy took a turn for the worse I made a change. I went to work for Wells Fargo for 7 years and was able to gain experience in 4 different departments. To say I learned a lot and met many great people is an understatement. The experience is one that changed my life for the better. Knowing that real estate is my passion I came back to the industry in April of '16. The day before my birthday my real estate license was renewed. What a gift that was!! I am so very grateful to be back doing what I love.
Outside of work you can find me anywhere my family and friends are. Camping, playing softball, watching my nephew’s play baseball, or at my niece's dance recital. Life is a gift and I want to live it to its fullest whether I am working or playing. As my great Uncle Bryan Musgrove liked to say "I like to work hard & play hard". If I can ever help you, your family or friends with ANY real estate needs please let me know. It would be as I said, an honor and a privilege, for me to help you achieve your real estate dreams.
Hello, my name is Brandon Dobson. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho as a fifth generation Idahoan. My passion for the great outdoors of Idaho and real estate started at a very young age. During this time my grandma, Grandma Doris, moved from Boise to the mountains of beautiful North Idaho where I was lucky enough to spend most my summers. She was honored to be the first woman president of the Boise Board of Realtors and the first woman Realtor of the year. She often allowed me to ride along and taught me her passion for helping people fulfill their dreams. I never forgot how happy she would make her clients feel.
I graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Environmental Sciences. Thereafter, I spent wonderful years working in the backwoods of Idaho from the Canadian
boarder to the outskirts of Yellowstone park. This experience further instilled the passion I have for my beautiful state and the people within. Once I settled down back in Boise and purchased
my first home I decided to switch gears and work for a financial institution. Because of my commitment, work ethic, and integrity, I quickly rose to a managerial position within six months.
After four great years I was heavily courted for sales position from a private placement company. Once again, I decided to leave my comfort zone and pursue another sales position. I
sold shares for a cutting-edge refinery. This endeavor ended as the allotted shares were sold and the project officially broke ground. Because of my ability to build lasting relationships and hard work, I was very successful. This provided me the amazing opportunity to pursue real estate. My grandmother would be extremely proud!

Hello, my name is Aleah Mendiola. I am the daughter of two incredible coaches and a sister to a loveable little brother. Idaho has been my home for all 18 years of my life; my hometown is Caldwell but I am now settled in the small town of Middleton. My family moved to Middleton at the beginning of my freshman year in high school, but I attended school there since middle school. I spent 7 years as a viking and I always will be one. ROLL VIKES! Now I am starting my sophomore year at The College of Idaho fall of 2018. I am currently studying to become a veterinarian.
You may be thinking, “Why is she working with a real estate agent when she wants to become a veterinarian?”
My answer to that is experience. I want to dip my toes into fields completely unrelated to animals, so I know that I am making the right career choice. Down the road, I will be working with animals every day, so why not try something different?
Speaking of animals, before I got the job as Will Swygart’s administrative assistant, I worked at Davis Dairy in New Plymouth, ID, working cows and moving them from their pens to the milking station. It was so tiring. Constantly out in the sun, I asked the cows to kindly get off their beds to be milked. They would often ignore me and continue chewing their cud or snorting into the water trough. I got frustrated and annoyed, but I persevered. To this day, I have a newfound respect for dairymen and any business to do with agriculture. It is a hard job, but an extremely important one as well. It may sound funny, but those cows taught me lessons of perseverance and humbleness that I will take with me throughout my careers.
Aside from the dairy, I learned even more lessons through my hobbies: reading, painting, hiking, hunting, and best of all fastpitch softball. Competitive softball has been an enormous part of my life since I was 8 years old. Those long days of being in the sun competing against others has taught me a few lessons: work hard, never give in, be respectful to your teammates/competitors, and ALWAYS have fun!
Using these life lessons, I will try my hardest to be an outstanding aid to Will and to you, his clients, so please feel free to ask me questions and bring me your concerns. I am always here to help.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
